Cycling issues - BBC You & Yours

The BBC rang me today and asked if I’d like to come on You & Yours to discuss bicycle uptake in the UK and what is holding it back. I was only going to get about 30 seconds to a minute to discuss the 50/50 blame harmonisation across the EU, which UK insurers, backed by the government, are refusing to accept. There is a whole raft of stuff on this which I can post here some other time, but I was chuffed they asked me. Sadly some environmental stuff on carbon capture and storage ran over time and the cycle piece got bumped…
