Rear Bicycle Lamp (now have)
Published by Matt Polaine | Filed under Cycling, Matthew's wishlist
In the winter in the UK, it seems to get dark about ten minutes after dawn. And it rains most of the time, well at least when I put my cycling clothes on. Did I mention I can create rainclouds by just touching my bicycle? Anyway, I also need motorist repellent, like metal cutting lasers creating a one metre space around me. Any driver that comes closer than this has the intruding part vaporised.
However, that technology will weigh too much so I need a really good rear light. Most rear bicycle lights are crap, but this one isn’t.
The Cateye TL1100 gives out a whopping 100,000 Candle Power. Not to be confused with its previous model, the LD1000.
The Cateye TL LD1100 costs around £25.

Another white van near death experience, so I’m buying this now.
